FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Domestic apparel orders, you will receive your order within 10 business days after the day of purchase. For International apparel orders, you will receive your order within 15 business days after the day of purchase. For example, if you purchase an item on 24th of March you can expect your item to be delivered within 10 business days from March 25th for a domestic order. However, usually, it takes less time.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link and order number. Click on the link to track your order. Please note that you may be asked to enter an Order Number and Zip Code.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please fill out the form in the "CONTACT US'' section with your request for order cancellation. Please provide your order number. Your refund can take up to 5 business days to be processed.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
While this usually doesn't happen, there are many reasons why your order could be delayed. We make sure to notify you via email of any delays or change of delivery dates.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE (PARTIAL DELIVERY) WHAT'S UP?
Sometimes items ship separately from other items, depending on the availability of the exact product you ordered. Do not worry! You will receive it in a separate package around the same time as your first package.
